Warranty

Build Aesthetics LLC (“Build Aesthetics”) expressly warrants to the original purchaser (“Client”) that all custom-built PC systems are covered, from the date of original delivery, by a 2-year limited hardware warranty and lifetime technical support.

Build Aesthetics will: (1) at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or refund any system found to have material defects in components, assembly, or workmanship under normal use, and (2) provide lifetime technical support services related to basic system troubleshooting, hardware guidance, and performance optimization. For warranty repairs, Build Aesthetics will cover round-trip shipping within the United States provided the Client uses the original packaging in which the system was delivered. If original packaging is unavailable, the Client is responsible for providing secure packaging and may be liable for damage during transit. Clients outside the U.S. are responsible for all shipping costs. All warranty returns must follow Build Aesthetics' return procedures and be approved in advance.

Component replacements under this warranty are limited to parts of equal or comparable function, value, and performance. Build Aesthetics is not required to provide upgraded or superior components, but may offer such options at the Client’s request and expense. Warranty claims must be initiated via direct email to buildaestheticpc@gmail.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

Exclusions & Limitations
This Limited Warranty does not cover software, operating systems, or user-installed applications. It excludes defects or damage caused by misuse, overclocking, tampering, third-party repairs, physical or liquid damage, power surges, cosmetic wear, or improper maintenance. Warranty is void if the PC has been modified, resold, or serviced by an unauthorized party. Repairs do not extend or reset the original 2-year warranty term.

Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT AS STATED HEREIN, BUILD AESTHETICS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability
CLIENT’S SOLE REMEDY AND BUILD AESTHETICS’ TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE DEFECTIVE SYSTEM OR COMPONENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL BUILD AESTHETICS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS WARRANTY.
